By playing Duskwood you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

Your licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Duskwood on your own devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

No purchases or currency

Duskwood is a free, offline party game. It contains no real-money purchases, no subscriptions, and no in-game currency to buy or sell. Player profiles, statistics and achievements are earned through play, have no real-world value, and may be reset if you clear your data or delete the app.

Acceptable use

Please do not reverse-engineer, tamper with, or redistribute the app, and do not attempt to disrupt how it works. Duskwood is meant for personal use among friends.

Ownership

The game and all of its artwork, audio, text, and code belong to the developer. This licence to play does not transfer any ownership to you.

Provided "as is"

Duskwood is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Suitable for all ages

Duskwood is a family-friendly game for a general audience, with no advertising and no data collection.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, and continued use of the app means you accept it.
